Include history on the chosen topic, what it entails, the benefit to the accused, the benefit to victims, and any cases that highlight your chosen topic.

Your paper should be between 10-12 slides with detailed speakers notes or audio commentary. You will be required to cite your sources, a minimum of two sources.
