Blue Riband Hotels, an international chain of city-centre hotels with a focus on business travellers has been in business for 15 years, and was formed when three smaller hotel chains merged. In recent years the financial performance of the Company has been flat, increasing only in line with inflation.
The Board recently announced that a new strategy would be implemented in Financial Year 16 in an attempt to increase profits and, by extension, shareholder returns.
