We have an idea to implement loyalty programs in Marshalls and TJMaxx (off-price retailers but we are focusing more on Marshalls, however they are under the same company) and in this paper I should address the following:
How will our idea update or significantly change overall Image- Major Repositioning- change the strategy the firm is taking (while maintaining brand DNA). This may include new advertising campaigns, new merchandise, new store formats/prototypes depending on the idea.
