I would recommend looking much more deeply at the trust literature at that has some pretty specific definitions that may help to frame what you’re doing. If you are heading toward trust in leadership, I think that’s pretty central to a lot of the discussion about contributing personal knowledge (if I show them what I know, what guarantee do I have that they won’t ship my job to China?) and you should be able to find plenty of resources on that. But first, give it a bit more thought and try to narrow things down.
The research question(s) you are attempting to address are as follows: What are factors that encourage/inhibit knowledge sharing practices in the firm? What strategies have been suggested to improve knowledge sharing practices?
