I am studying employee satisfaction and work life balance. I first need to define what each means, I want to find out what the relationship is between WLB and ES to help better understand how work policed and procedures impact employee satisfaction. I need to make my argument and claim, have reasons supporting my claim (at least 3 if not more), evidence supporting my reasons, and any counterarguments uncovered during the research. I need to research and draw conclusions from surveys that have already been conducted for both the US and UK and use this data.
