examine the nature of liberty and the constitutional guarantees of The Bill of Rights. Does the American Constitution and its second amendment guarantee individual rights or merely rights to groups or classes of people? If the second amendment’s right to bear arms is an individual’s right, then do people have the right to carry a concealed weapon?
