1. Theory
This section will describe the theory used in the the research paper. A general operationalization of the the chosen theories will be incorporated throughout the section. The purpose is to present the different theories and tools to the reader – however a complete description will not be done, as this will be operationalized in the analysis itself.

3.1 Five-Step concept generation framework
In this research paper the LEAN-SIX SIGMA (LSS) five-step concept generation framework is used as the basis for our analysis to insure an analytical approach to defining which technology could be used by the AMS to achieve the goals presented in the problem statement.
