Time has flown and the end of the semester is in sight. At the beginning of this course you were informed of a final project which would allow you to assess a Missouri casino and its surrounding environment. This project will be an opportunity for you, working as a team, which is comparable to a casino environment, analyze the operations and management of a specific casino.

The purpose of this project is to provide you with an opportunity to apply the theoretical concepts you have acquired during the past weeks. It will also provide you with an opportunity make recommendations for improved management of your selected property.

Imagine your team has been hired as “Casino Consultants” by a group of investors who would like to purchase your assigned property. Before they make this investment, they have a number of question they wish to have thoroughly answered. After you have completed your research, which must be conducted with at least one or two members of the management team at your property they would like for you to prepare a twenty-page report.
