This report requires the student to investigate and reference the literature regarding the effect of values on the adoption of healthy (or unhealthy) behaviors.

The report shall be 5-7 pages, excluding title page and reference list. A submission of less than 5 full pages will be penalized accordingly and any material beyond 7 pages will not be graded. Use APA format, 12-point Times New Roman font, and double space throughout. The report shall reference at least 3 scientifically conducted investigations on the relationship between values and health practices. The report may also reference additional sources such as the internet and textbooks. When referencing a site from the internet, attempt to use “.org, .gov, or .edu” sites. Please note that you are not required to include an abstract, a table of contents, or a running head for this project.
