The paper will be about policy change identified a need in a agency in which needs to be changed. I interned at the Shelby and Memphis Juvenile Court. The area that needs to be changed is the juvenile detention center.The student will identify an area of the agency that can be improved to better serve the clients and agency needs.The research cited in the paper must come from peer reviewed sources that are reputable. What I want you to look into is juvenile detention/court bills that are in the Tennessee Legislature this year (SB 326 is one of them that eliminate all use of solitary confinement for juveniles. I believe (SB 1244 and 1243 would increase accessibility to juvenile expunction.
