Option A – Executing a qualitative project

Develop a 1.5-2 hour discussion guide
Recruit and conduct one-on-one interviews with at least 5 participants or conduct a focus group with 5 participants
Write a report summarizing the research findings

Option B – Develop a plan for quantitative research

Identify a real-world research problem that can be solved using quantitative research
Identify the most appropriate methods (online, phone…)
Write screening specifications
Determine appropriate sample size and rationale
Develop a questionnaire with sample questions (Word doc)
Develop a plan for analysis and reporting

Requirements：
Topic identified is relevant and can be addressed through primary research。
Discussion guide/questionnaire is structured in a clear and concise fashion and includes at least 25 questions
5 participants or more – Demographics and psychographics documented appropriately / Screening specifications, sample size and rationale clearly outlined
