Short and Long term goals, financial projection etc… Include everything that supposed to be in a non-profit organization business plan. I don’t see any of that on my business plan. “My Organization is committed to serving the poorest communities in the world by providing better care of the sick, physical, spiritual and emotional support through a wide variety of programs and services”.
