paragraph 2 should explain your plan of action clearly and concretely. this plan should include the steps you want to take, the people who might be involved, where, when, and how the plan will take place. do your best to estimate how much the plan will cost. if successfully, what will your project look like? what will you have achieved?
paragraph 3 should explain how your proposed project advances the CF’s mission statement (preservation, access, research, restoration, and education).
