Reflective Assignment ; critical moment’

Assessment Details
Identify a ‘critical moment’  in your life  and using your choice of reflective model (see the M6
Reflective Practice Lecture)  write a reflection of 600 -800  words
Include a minimum of 4   direct quotations in text   and  8   references.   Use Vancouver Referencing Style.
Write in an academic style. You need to clearly demonstrate understanding and application of
reflective practice in your assessment.

Write 600-800   words in size 12 Arial text, 1.5 line spacing, using an academic style of writing.
