. Joe is a Program Officer with the Flint Program at the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation (CSMF) and will discuss development processes. Prior to joining the CSMF, Joe managed structured financial projects and New Market Tax Credits at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and has experience with mixed-use real estate development and downtown revitalization. The Foundation Building is located at 503 S. Saginaw Street in downtown Flint. You can see the building from campus and its about a 5-10 minute walk from the Murchie Building. As a class, you will meet Joe in the lobby of the Foundation Building at 2:30. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. CSMF policy does not allow unaccompanied guests on upper floors so it is important that you arrive on time so that you can go up with Joe as a group.
