Your notes can be naturally shorter as these are short and that is the nature of the assignment. But please show that you have read and considered who these authors are, what experience and expertise they bring. Not all books are good. Not all book reviews are good. Opinions vary. I need to explain these reading summaries to my tutorial class so write everything in a way that is easy for me to explain to my class.
