Quantitative Analysis for Managers and Business Research

The objective of this research assignment is to select one research paper for each of the two techniques listed below has been used. That means you will need to submit a total of two different research articles. In order to locate the two papers,

1. Decision Theory (Chapter 3)

2. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Chapter 4)

For each selected paper, you are required to explain ( with a maximum of two pages per paper) how each one of the techniques mentioned in 1, and 2 above has been used.

Your report for each of the two papers must be structured based on the following sections and follow the below rubrics:
1.    Objective of the paper
2.    Advanced Techniques and methods used in the computations.
3.    Results and conclusion described in the paper.

Your report must be written in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Your conclusions must be well supported by calculations.     40%
You must discuss the appropriateness of the advanced technique used in the paper.

You also need to explain how the advanced technique was used in the paper.

3. Prepare a brief PP presentation that summarizes your findings and recommendations. Include graphs to illustrate your work.    20%
