REQUIREMENTS
Investigate and research three leading practices in quality management in a UAE organization that exercised any quality management framework. The group should begin by looking for current academic research or writing on the selected topic. The group is expected to do some original field research within the organization. The group’s investigation should explain the practice and its tools, present a literature review, examine how these different practices are applied, and make specific recommendations for the organization to address any issue(s) with these practices. The group is to include citations and references for all sources used, following the Harvard style.
Must use 5 references on each discussed principle. Total references in the paper should at least be 15.

– Introduction clearly explains the key focus of the paper (including the specific three leading practices in quality management), highlights key substantive issues, and provides a sense of structure for the entire paper.
– Students demonstrate an understanding of the intent of the assignment.
