REQUIREMENTS

Investigate and research three leading practices in quality management in a UAE organization that exercised any quality management framework. The group should begin by looking for current academic research or writing on the selected topic. The group is expected to do some original field research within the organization. The group’s investigation should explain the practice and its tools, present a literature review, examine how these different practices are applied, and make specific recommendations for the organization to address any issue(s) with these practices. The group is to include citations and references for all sources used, following the Harvard style.

Must use 5 references on each discussed principle. Total references in the paper should at least be 15.

The paper must be double spaced, font 12, Times New Roman and contain: a title page, a minimum of four references, and a bibliography. Note: The 10 pages do not include the title page or the bibliography. The bibliography must be written in the APA format and style, using the guidelines of the American Psychological Association Manual, 6th edition.
