PLEASE NOTE: MY RESEARCH TOPIC IS ON GLASS CEILING AND GENDER STEREOTYPE ON THE PERCENTAGES OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN WOMEN AND MONITORIES. My paper needs to demostrate the following and implement the following suggestions: The purpose statement should include concrete details related to a recent event, a flaw in a previous study, expand a particular field of study or help an individual, group, organization, or community. The purpose statement is a concise paragraph that describes the intent of the study and it should flow directly from the problem statement, specifically address the reason for conducting the study, and reflect the research questions. Identify the research method as qualitative (i.e., ?The purpose of this [qualitative] study is to … (succinctly describe the overarching study goal that reflects the research questions). Identify the specific population of proposed study, including an estimate of the number of participants who will serve as the sample, based on design conventions (qualitative). Finally, should a research purpose statement identify the geographic location of the study? I have asked a few probing or transitional questions for more in-depth reflection as you work towards your concept paper
