Your task is: The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with the skills to conceptualise an organisation’s overall directions and translate this into a
project plan that enables the organisation to deliver against its goals and mission.

Students are required to produce a project plan and executive summary based on the profile provided.

Students should progress the work from Assessment 1 and develop an executive summary and project plan for their particular project. The content of the project plan
should include:
• Executive summary
• Project Overview and Scope
• Project Organisation
• Activities
• Deliverables and Acceptance Criteria
• Communication Plan
• Risk Management
