3 A is your Work Breakdown Structure and 4A is your Gantt Chart. The Work Breakdown Structure is the subdividing into smaller and smaller work elements from the Scope Statement and can be found on pg. 108 of your Text Book I also explain it in my lectures which are posted in the course material

The Gantt Chart can be found on pg. 460 of your Text and is used as a scheduling tool
