Identify one (1) of the 13 organizational factors from pages 171-172 of the textbook (Kelloway, Francis, & Batien, 2014) that would need to change to significantly reduce the stress experienced by the worker(s), clearly explain how changing this factor would reduce stress, and explain why that factor was not changed. In your answer, ensure that you provide some basic context (e.g., type of job), and adequately explain the nature of the stress. Your essay should be approximately 600 words.
