The paper has to deal with a toxic work environment and how people rise above these conditions with tangible gifts and reward systems.
For example two employees are having problems with another co-worker who is always a “Debbie Downer” so what should the supervisor do to make the work environment less toxic and how the employees can rise above the situation.
One way people can rise above a toxic environment is simply by respecting each other, and a tangible gift for employees can be as small as buying someone a piece of candy or making arts and crafts items for a person, and a reward system maybe like going to a basketball game every 6 months for free( just no raise or anything to do with money).
