Compile organization-wide health record documentation guidelines.
Research the guidelines for documentation of health records and compile a list of ten (10) key requirements related to the Standards and regulations for The Joint Commission (TJC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and/or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS). Develop a plan with at least three (3) best practices related to health record documentation policies and procedures in satisfying the required guidelines.

3 Differentiate between various models for health information exchange.
Evaluate the different architectural models of the health information exchange. Appraise the HIE models by critiquing the strengths and weaknesses of each model type
