This week, you need to determine a pricing and distribution strategy for your chosen business, service, or product.
First, discuss your pricing strategy. Your price should be both sufficient to cover your costs and low enough to make it attractive to your target market. Perform a breakeven analysis to determine how many customers you will need to make your business financially viable.
Then, describe your distribution (location) strategy and link your decisions to your target market. Analyze how you will locate your business or service or distribute your product so that it is easy for your target market to purchase. Be sure to describe the logic behind your distribution strategy.
