View the four Khan Academy videos above. After viewing, complete this exercise: Choose any example of present value, future value, or net present value problem. You may create your own or use any simple example from an internet search (including any of the examples that Sal Khan presents). Show the solution using an Excel spreadsheet following what we do in class. Provide the solution with two different discount rates, for example, 5% and 10% (although you may use others).
