Topic: Pre-Game Checklist

Using the sample checklist on page 87 of LCT 615 (NIAAA, 2011), create a pre-game checklist based on the sample from GCA Services Group, Inc. This comprehensive checklist must include all of the major areas listed in the GCA checklist and be based on a field type in your current career role (Interscholastic, Intercollegiate, Professional, Recreational, Other).
In a 3 page paper that supports the checklist, provide your rationale for inclusion (or non-inclusion) of items in your checklist. Make sure to address underlying questions of the checklist questions such as:
Why are the items listed in your checklist applicable to your current career role?
What items did you purposefully leave OFF your checklist? Why?
Is there a specific rationale for the organization of the checklist? If so, what is it?
The questions posed above are not requirements, but prompts to help you identify the underlying decisions you, as a learner, have made in the development of your checklist. What did you make those decisions? What research or reading were those decisions based upon?
