Case Assignments: Cases and readings will be used to enhance understanding and demonstrate real-life applications of concepts discussed in class. Cases and readings are either in text or will be provided on blackboard, and as a result allow you to avail yourself of a myriad of external resources. The following information must be included in the submission: 1) to report the updated information regarding the focus company in the case (e.g., the strategic changes in the product line, target market, personnel, organizational design, etc.); 2) to discuss the current events relevant to the case contents (e.g., the industry development in general, the recent activities by competitors, etc.); 3) to address the case questions comprehensively with research data/statistics. In the oral presentation, besides reporting your analysis and findings, you will also need to lead the class discussions by posing questions to & soliciting answers from the class, making comments or debates, etc..
