Basically you should pick a hypothetical human security or humanitarian aid project in a specific region of
the world (including Canada), serving a specific population, and writing a project proposal for such project
on the assumption that you have $500,000 budget. The project will last 18 months, and you are to assume your
group is made of three people(actors).
