Students are required to produce a research paper on social problem of your choice. You are required to follow the grading criteria and rubric for guidelines. You need to define the nature and degree of the social problem of your choice and collect data to support your hypotheses. Research paper must be a minimum of six pages and use a minimum of six sources. All sources must be cited appropriately in the body of the paper and listed fully in the references (including internet sources). You are required to use APA guidelines for formatting and use two levels of headings in the paper.

Introduction:

Choose a research problem to research
Must include an introductory paragraph with a thesis statement.
Inform the reader of your points of view based on your research.
Provide the reader at least 5 points of your topic.
Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
Content:

Use statistics and other credible sources (journal articles, etc) to support you points.
Use strong word choice to make your points.
Conclusion:

Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.
Summarize your opening statement as well as the main points.
Provide strong suggestion on how society can eradicate the social problem.
