Here is what I was expecting, or I might say hoping for:

Part One:

First, an explanation of the current state of public education in Nigeria: is is a national or federal organization, or at the state level, or are schools locally administered?

Second, what are the philosophies of teaching that the schools are run under?

Third, are there alternative schools like Montessori schools?

Fourth, your vision of what your own school system would be.

Part Two

A SWOT approach and/or a PESTEL approach, to lay out the advantages you have and the obstacles you face in your goal to establish the and advantages of your goal of creating a successful and profitable Etiti Kingdom school.

I think a lot of the material to do this analysis is hinted at here, but it is not laid out in a structure as clear as the one I present above. I think you should adopt the structure I suggest.
