Suppose that you have two plates in front of you. One is with a piece of your favorite flavor of pie and one with your favorite flavor of cake. Now, imagine that you choose one of those to eat. Why do you think you made that choice freely ?

Here is a moral argument against legal abortion: All persons have a right to life. A fetus is a person. A fetus has a right to life. Using the principle relevant to each view, compare and contrast what you imagine a Kantian view about the moral permissibility of abortion with a Millian view of abortion. Which view do you believe is superior? Justify your response.
