Your election platform therefore includes a number of proposals for reducing the precariousness of their jobs through new legislation and policies. Prepare a policy document that identifies the new laws and policies you will introduce if you are elected, and explains how those laws and policies will effectively reduce precariousness at work while increasing workers stability and job security.Topic 2: The members of your union have just elected you Vice-President in charge of Womens Issues and they are expecting you to fulfill your election promises of eliminating the gender pay gap. Write a report that explains how your group will frame the issue of migrant workers rights so that you will get the support of ordinary Manitobans, including which aspects of migrant workers experiences you will emphasize to make your point effective; what public actions you will organize to demonstrate the breadth of your support within the community; and what, exactly, you will urge the government to do to address the problem.
