Personally, I feel that the overall managing taking place in the changing of the system is not well organized. In doing some research, I found that it is important to determine the key components needed to make the arrangement fit their goals and culture (Daly, 2014). I feel that if it were more organized and better planned out, that it could relieve some of the anxiety some of the staff members may have in this change. Many attempts in the process of change are failed due to the individual taking on the process of the change using an unstructured approach in the implementation (Marquis & Huston, 2015). I feel that when something is organized and well thought out, it is more simple to do, easier to focus on, and the end product is better. I feel the best way to be more organized in this system change is to take department by department and hold training and simulations before actually using the system. This helps to make the staff more comfortable with the system and makes the change go much smoother within the facility.
