In our research paper we want to discuss and highlight the effect of personality on a business organizational culture. Thus, we want our paper to focus on the various aspects of personality traits and how it can play a major role in organizations today.
1- The document should follow the APA* style and should be between 10-15 pages (excluding the title & the reference page).
2- A title page to include the paper title, your name (s), course name and number, semester, instructor’s name, and date of submission.
3- An abstract.
4- An introduction about the project, the objective of it, and the thesis (the relationship between the variables you want to establish).
5- A literature review about the variables linkage and whether the research is finding a positive, negative, or no relationship among the variables. This can include some theory literature as well.
6- Analysis- Qualitative
7- A discussion of your findings from the literature.

9- A reference page
