Assignment due Week 3: Read Chapters 8 & 9 in the Text and “Personal Mastery” and “Mental Models” in the Fieldbook.
1-• Begin writing a (preliminary) plan for your personal mastery. This is to share for group/class discussion only, not a paper you’ll need to turn in.
2-• Identify some of your personal mental models as you review this chapter – in your 2- 3-page paper (to be turned in), discuss if/how they are helpful or not and why. Also reflect on and discuss the genesis/your personal history with these mental models – from where/whom did you learn them?
Be prepared to discuss specific examples from your daily life relating to Learning Topics #4 & #5 Self-Assessment Questions in the Student Module.
