3.To identify the prerequisites for person-centered care in acute care in Palestine.
Research questions:
a. What is person-centered care for healthcare professionals in Palestine?
b. What is needed to implement person-centered care in Palestine?
c. What would be the outcome of person-centered care in acute care in Palestine?
4.To explore validity and reliability of Person-centred Climate Questionnaire – staff version, among staff in Palestine.
a. Is a Palestinian version of Person-centered Climate Questionnaire feasible?
b. What is the validity and reliability of the Palestinian version of Person-centred Climate Questionnaire?
