Paper details:Requires a Background Research section designed to analyze and pull together all of the empirical research that has been conducted on the topic. The last paragraph must spell out two or three key questions that will be analyzed in the remaining sections of the paper. This section should be 4-5 pages and include 5-10 academic references. The next section is Data and Analysis. In this section the task is to examine the data. There should be two or more forms of data used. First, you should identify the historical trends and directional patterns of how bias and/or a lack of cultural competency has affected the criminal justice system. Finally, you should did deeply into the data to tell a story. The data will directly impact the nature of your policy recommendation in the next section and should address two or three key questions mentioned in the last paragraph of the preceding section. This section should be 5 pages. The final section should tie together the previous sections and indicate the social, political, and theoretical implications of the findings. Based on a thorough examination of the work, a recommendation should be made for criminal justice policy. The paper in its entirety should be no less than 13 pages long. The paper must be in APA format, double spaced, with a title and a reference page.
