I need three norms for group Organized behavior.

Its only three lines.

This an example for the three norms i wanted.

1. Expectation of giving meaningful feedback/ responding/ communication.

2. Participate to the fullest of your ability.

3. Ensuring that everyone is contributing to discussions and the work of the group.
