In Chapter 1, Lussier & Achua (2012) describes the Leader–follower relationship as the actual leaders’ ability to influence the behavior of their followers, and vice versa, but the Influencing aspect eventually reflects on the relationship between leaders and followers, in which a role change is normal for successors. Good leadership qualities can lead to the overall success of an organization – which is one main reason why I believe that good leadership is important to companies. The aim of PR is to provide a company or business the types of exposures that would be of particular interest to a general or targeted audience, though means public interest and multimedia news channels that do not charge fees. The overall goal of PR in a company is most likely associated trying to persuade the public, investors, partners, employees, and other stakeholders to maintain a certain point of view about it, its leadership, products, or of political decisions.
