Write an 8-10 page paper in APA format to plan an intervention for a Fortune 500 company or your own organization to improve performance and organizational effectiveness, integrating theory and research along with your experiences. The paper must reflect the paper requirements (identifying organizational development (OD) challenges, identifying organizational development concepts and theories of relevance, and providing recommendations and solutions for the organizational development challenges – all need to be supported with the textbook and scholarly journal articles) of an actual organization of your choice (including your own employer) and a problem that your selected organization (personal organization or Fortune 500 organization) is experiencing.
