1. Define OB – as defined by L. J. Muiilins 10th edition
2. Explain OB Od OE Process
3. Insert a brief background on a company X (keeping in mind this company would also be used in the OT paper)
4. State Purpose of study re: assessment of leadership in company. Mention path goal theory and the positive and negative impacts impacts
We need to have an Intro a Discussion and a Conclusion
within the discussion we must connect using MBA language
1. Leadership (define Leadership, the various styles/approaches, the impact leadership has on OB OD and OE, reference and analysis of a leadership model, how does it affect the culture and vision of an organization
2. Motivation (how this affects an organization positively and negatively reference and compare to the following
– herzberg theory; douglas mcgregor theory; and one other. We have to make a comparison on the leader we are studying to the theories referenced.
3. Culture (analysing culture ).
we can also include briefly – Conflict, What causes conflict and how can hope of a collaborated solution be formed. How does conflict affect OB OD OE, references are johnson and scholes cultural web; and one other.
we need to make comparisons to all references as to that the theory says verses the style or approach of the leader. This can be a fictional company.
