Although this assignment may at first seem simple, it requires an in-depth and clear articulation of your idea. It may begin as a topic but may need to be narrowed down to one particular aspect of that topic.

Title and Research Problem- using the research problem and question previously identified, pick a working title that explains your idea of the said specific health or patient problem or nursing care issue. The title should be very clear and specific and should succinctly describe the main idea of your topic. (20%)

Research Question – Pose a well-built research question based on the identified research problem that will help answer and focus attention to the kinds of data to be collected to provide the answer. (20%) * my question is “Does providing nurse-led internet based asthma education improve positive outcomes in school age? If it does not make sense of complicating, you can revise it
Introduction –The introduction should a description of the study, its purpose and its importance with a few citations from the literature. Include the population to be studied and a brief discussion about the methodology you are thinking of using and why? Include a few citations that explain your choice of a methodology. This section should be no longer than a page. (30%)
Literature Review-A synthesis of the literature should follow in which you use 5 articles that you can also integrate into your final proposal. NO MORE THAN ONE PAGE therefore you must synthesize your review. The goal of this section is to synthesize the literature and to start to come up with some sub-sections that you consider important for your study. An example: If you were considering a study on men in nursing you might have subsections such as; 1) Male Gendered Behavior, 2) Men in Women’s Professions, 3) Men in Nursing. (30%)
