For the third essay I would like you to write a 4- to 5-page essay on one (1) of the following three topics. Again, as per the previous essay, you will need to look at two different thinkers—in the current assignment, Nietzsche and one other. But this time I want to hear you make a case for each thinker: what might be a Nietzschean argument against Kant, Aristotle, Mill? Then, how might the other thinker re- spond, given the opportunity? Who, in your reasoned judgment, comes out on top? A successful paper would thus consist of three elements: (1) Nietzsche on X; (2) X’s reply to Nietzsche; and (3) your adjudi- cation of the dispute.
