So now you need to figure out how you would answer that.  Your population is obviously people with a diagnosis of schizophrenia (I’m not sure they call it that anymore, but I’m not up to date on the DSM V).  How would you get your sample, what data would you collect, how would you analyze it, what is your null hypothesis/alternative hypothesis?  All these questions should be answered (not necessarily in this order) in the paper.
