Mobile phones have become an integral part of our daily life

Mobile phones have become an integral part of our daily life
Mobile phones have become an integral part of our daily life. However, choosing a mobile phone and plan can be a really complicated decision, subject to many competing influences. Would you use an Android, iPhone, or Windows Phone? Would you select a prepaid or post-paid plan? Would you prefer Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone? Is it a 3G or 4G phone? How large is the screen? What colour is the phone? How big is the internal storage? Does the plan cover free talk time, texts, or data? How much are the monthly plan costs? Are there any handset repayments? How long is the contract? What is it that affects this decision and makes it different for each of us? This assignment requires you to look at the mobile phone and plan choices of three people, and to present an analytical reasoning for differences between them using the theories of personality, motivation and values. Furthermore, you will provide marketing recommendations by applying the theories of learning and memory.

The Report must follow this structure:

1. You have to make a suitable title for this report.
2. Executive summary. This one is the most important section of my report and must be summary of my entire report. Introduce the topic of your report. Indicate the main subjects examined in the discussion section of your report and State summary of your conclusions and State summary of your recommendations it must be written the last thing of mu report. (250 words no more).
3. Table of contents.
4. Introduction. The introduction should generally include three key types of information. This section sets the context for the report and provides the (brief) background information required for the reader to understand the report.
5. Create a list of 10 different mobile phone and plan options reflecting a variety of features available. (it has done by me and it is available in additional document) (You do not have to rewrite this stage again because I already made it).
6. Interview 3 different individuals and get them to rank the 10 mobile phone and plan options in terms of what they would be most and least likely to choose. (it has done by me and it is available in additional document) (You do not have to rewrite this stage again because I already made it).
7. Provide a summary of three participants of how each participant felt about each of the mobile phone and plan options when explaining their rankings which is available in schedules for each participant, so must be like this following:
A. Participant A and his explanations of the rankings: the summated discussion of each option, you can get this information from his schedule “Participant A” (this section needs 250 words).
B. Participant B and her explanations of the rankings: the summated discussion of each option, you can get this information from her schedule “Participant B” (this section needs 250 words).
C. Participant C and his explanations of the rankings: the summated discussion of each option, you can get this information from his schedule “Participant C” (this section needs 250 words).

8. ANALYSE and COMPARE the responses of your participants using the theories of:
8.1 Theoretically Differences on personality.
8.2 Theoretically Differences on motivation and values.
8.3 Effects of personality (How do these differences influence participants’ rankings).
8.4 Effects of motivation and values (How do these differences influence participants’ rankings).

Please see below for a few examples on "differences on personality, motivation and values" and "how these differences influence participants’ rankings":

Example 2: Participant 2 is higher in "frugality" than Participants 1 and 3, which leads to Participant 2 assigning a lower ranking to the mobile phone and plan option with the highest costs.
Differences on motivation and values and their effects on rankings

Example 2: Participant 2 has higher "need for affiliation" than Participants 1 and 3, which leads to Participant 2 assigning a higher ranking to the mobile phone and plan option that offers the best social networking experiences
