Discussion Brief and Guidance

This unit looks at the Service Culture of an organization.  For this discussion, please center your post on describing a business you are a customer of, either once or routinely, where their service is exemplary.  Provide specific examples of things they do that make you feel comfortable or valued as a customer.

Please do not use names.  Even if you describe a national chain of coffeehouses and we might know who youre talking about, let us use our imagination.

Discussion Post Assignment Expectations:

Create a post that directly and completely addresses the topic using college level writing. Complete sentences, correct spelling and proper punctuation and wording are all expected.
The discussion post assignments must be completed prior to the due date and time listed in the class syllabus. Important Note: Posting an incorrect response (i.e., one from a different course) to a discussion will not count towards this discussion post and will not grant an extension after the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure you are posting to the correct discussion post answer.
