Students will write a paper defining the quality standard metrics in a healthcare setting of a student’s choice. Students must describe the metrics needed to measure the success of the department. Students must include how managers will communicate those metrics with staff, providers, administrators and patients/customers. Students must include the goals an administrator might set for this organization, as well as the metrics used to determine if those goals are reached. Then students will chose one metric and create an opportunity for improvement plan that describes how the manager would involve the staff, providers or administrators in that improvement effort. This paper will be 5-7 pages in length, include proper APA format and a minimum of 5 professional references, one of the references has to be a peer review article.

I have already wrote an introduction for my essay and the first sentence of the next paragraph. I would like to leave my introduction as it is but for the beginning sentence of the next paragraph you can either delete it or continue to write from it.
