§ The paper should conduct an in-depth investigation and exploration of the problem nature and its solutions that follow a specific approach and a historical view of the development of this school of thought should be present to show the evolution of the ideas. If necessary and relevant, some small scale evaluation experiments using existing software tools to verify claims and counter claims in the literature may be needed.

§ The paper should relate the “research and development” side of the solutions to the application side, and should evaluate the practical “impact factor” of the data mining solutions.
